Xerox® MDF1 / MDF2 Industrial Inkjet Reservoir Printhead
The MDF printhead incorporates Xerox® nozzle-to-nozzle calibration technology and supports a wide operating temperature range, enhancing jetting performance across a variety of materials for industrial applications.
The Xerox® M Series industrial inkjet printheads feature 880 active nozzles with a print array length of up to 2.93 inches. They can be used as a single unit or stitched together to form wider print arrays. The compact design, combined with a stainless-steel core nozzle structure, enables flexible integration into a wide range of digital printing applications, particularly offering superior durability in high-temperature environments.

880-Nozzle Array
The 880 nozzles in the MDF printhead assembly are precisely aligned during manufacturing. A high-nozzle-count system reduces the number of printheads required and simplifies calibration. -
High-Temperature Operation
The MDF printhead assembly can operate at temperatures up to 85°C, allowing viscosity control through temperature regulation and expanding the range of printable fluids. -
High Operating Frequency
With a maximum operating frequency of 43 kHz, the MDF printhead assembly delivers excellent throughput and performance.
